Your continued use of Yoodle means you agree with the following document, so please take a few minutes to read and understand it. The Yoodle mobile application and services, as well as Yoodle websites and services (the "Sites") and any content therein (collectively, the "Services") offer users a platform to interact with other Yoodle users in the same area, in order to post and share comments, and to respond to comments posted by others, or to do 1 to 1 messaging. In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about users of our Services, which are available via mobile applications (the "App") and/or the Sites.

What Information We Collect

We may also collect the following information:

Geolocation Data. We ask you to share your location information from your mobile device and/or computer. If you choose not to, the Services will not function. Location information is used to place you in your local Yoodle group, to place you in your home Yoodle group, and as explained below. You can revoke your consent by changing the settings or preferences on your device and/or computer or by deleting Yoodle from your device. If you do not want Yoodle to use location information from your computer, you should also clear your browser history (where location information is stored).

Your Content and Usage. We collect any content you submit to the Services, information about the content, such as when you submitted it, and any metadata that is provided with the content.

Telephone Number. We may ask you to provide and verify your telephone number. This process may be triggered, for example, if you want to post content, share a Yoodle or if we suspect improper activity on your account. It may also be triggered if you log in to a Site so that we can connect your Site usage with your App usage.

Other Information you Provide to Us. When you interact with our Services or otherwise communicate with Yoodle in any way, we will collect the information you choose to share with us.

However, we don't associate your social media account with your Yoodle account. You may also share Yoodles through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media accounts.
